For Guardians 🛡️, Facilitators 🌿, Stewards ⚖️ and Operations Staff 🎛️.

Purpose

To provide a clear decision-tree and language framework for handling any real-time safety, medical, or consent incident at a Tribal Loves event.

This protocol ensures quick containment, trauma-aware care, and documented follow-up within PMB standards.

A · Guiding Principles

  1. Safety > Schedule. Activities stop the instant safety drops.
  2. Consent > Charisma. No individual’s authority overrides another’s autonomy.
  3. Privacy > Publicity. Handle incidents discreetly; never discuss in open space to preserve confidentiality and prevent triangulation.
  4. Compassion > Punishment. De-escalate first, investigate later.
  5. Documentation > Memory. File the report while details are fresh (see B-1).

B · Rapid Action Timeline (“The Five C’s”)

Stage Action Responsible Role Timeframe
1 · Catch Notice tension, freeze, or unsafe behavior. Use “Pause ✋.” Any participant / Guardian Immediate
2 · Contain Stop scene / activity. Remove bystanders. Create physical space. Guardian 🛡️ + Facilitator 🌿 Within 30 sec

4 · Care Assess needs → First Aid, Aftercare Lounge, or private talk. Guardian + Support Staff 5–15 min
